The new Sustainable Community Strategy will replace the current 2005-2010 Community Plan and will incorporate the new Local Area Agreement.
To help develop this new Strategy the Wigan Borough Partnership Board have commissioned a short term piece of work that will help describe the long term vision for the Borough in a new way. This work is called vision2026 and will form a core part of the Borough’s new Sustainable Community Strategy .
