The MDF bipolar support group aims to provide peer support to individuals affected by bipolar disorder.
The group welcomes not only those who with bipolar, but also carers, family members and friends. Speakers are frequently invited to attend meetings and the group has built up a collection of books which members can borrow if they wish.
Membership of the group is free. A subscription to the National organisation (MDF The Bipolar Organisation) costs from £18 per year.
