The team aims to raise older people's awareness of what is available to them, increase the take up of entitlements, and join up a wide range of services by working in partnership with the local authority and voluntary organisations.
Information points / Benefit surgeries are held twice weekly as follows:

Advisers can:
- Assist with completion of benefit application forms
- Deal with queries about existing benefits
- Verify documents
- Signpost to other services as required
