PALS - The Patient Advice and Liaison Service focuses on improving the service to NHS patients.

PALS recognises that whether you are a patient, relative , friend or carer of a patient or any other member of the public you may have questions or concerns about the services the NHS provides.

so if  you are -

  • not sure what is happening?
  • need some information but don't know where to get it?
  • have some concerns but don't want to complain?
  • want to complain but are not sure how to do this?
  • would just like to speak to someone?
  • would like to tell your trust what you think about the service they deliver?
