The outreach centre is accessible to the community and offers the following: friendship, information & advice, tea and coffee, computer training, practical support, cooking demonstrations, N.V.Q courses, various courses and training. There is also access to outside agencies, for example: W.A.V.E, Stephensons Solicitors, Wigan MBC, and counselling.
The centre offers a home furniture package, but this available by referral only.

Compassion in Action also collect and distribute household goods which are in good condition e.g: furniture, electrical goods, clothes, shoes, bedding etc, which are given to people in need at no cost!
