3H Fund

3H Fund provides subsidised group holidays for children and adults with a physical disability, enabling their carers to take a break.
 When funding is available the charity also operates a grants programme: families on a low income with a physical or mentally disabled dependant can apply for help towards the cost of a modest UK holiday.
