Consumer Direct has trained advisers available from 8.00am to 6.30pm Monday to Friday and 9.00am to 1.00pm on Saturday to give you first response consumer advice.
Consumer Direct will give advice on your legal position and what initial action you need to take to hopefully resolve your problem satisfactorily. If the advice from Consumer Direct does not result in a satisfactory outcome then your complaint may be passed to trading standards for further action.
