Town centres are recognised as our social, economic and cultural assets. However, town centres, nationally, are experiencing considerable challenges as they face changing lifestyles and considerable long-term shifts in patterns of consumer behaviour.
The Town Centre Management programme aims to assist with regeneration and economic development initiatives by providing support for the local business sector and encouraging public and private sector co-operation in tackling issues relating to the town centres and their long-term vitality.
