Wigan Council, acting as the accountable body for the North West Coalfield Communities Regeneration Partnership Board will until March 2012 be coordinating a series of commissioning rounds to procure activities in support of the NWCCRP Phase 2 Promoting Enterprise and Reducing Worklessness Strategy.
