Marketing and publicity of Wigan Council-led funding programmes such as SRB5, SRB6, Regeneration Fund and Coalfield Communities Regeneration Programme
The marketing and publicity of all council-led funding programmes is coordinated via the Marketing Officer in the Economic Development Team. The Marketing Officer ensures that all programmes receive adequate coverage in the local press and by other means such as newsletters and websites. Support is also given to projects funded by these programmes in publicising their project.

Help and support can be given in writing press releases and designing adverts, posters and leaflets. In addition to help with individual publicity, you will also be encouraged to participate in any joint publicity for the funding programme.
