In order to give the Town Centre and its visitors a break, one week out of six will usually be left free and no collectors / fundraisers will be allowed into the Town Centre during that period.  The Council's Licensing Section will therefore not consider applications or requests for Wigan Town Centre during the following weeks:-

  • 11th to 17th June 2012
  • 23rd to 29th July 2012
  • 8th and the 10th to 16th September 2012 (excluding the 15th)

  • 3rd to 9th December 2012
