  • Moving out of the area
  • No longer liable for business rates
  • Rateable value reduction
  • Property removed from rating list
  • Property vacant from rating list
  • Over paid
  • Entitled to rate relief

Refunds are done on a weekly basis and are by personal cheque payable to the liable person.
