Getting There

From the East

• Exit M61 at Junction6 (sign posted Chorley, Horwich A6027) and take the first exit at the roundabout.  N.B.  Do not exit Junction 5, which is signposted Wigan.
• At the next roundabout take first left (sign posted Westhoughton A6, Wigan B5238) into Chorley Road.
• After 0.3 miles, turn right (signposted Wigan B5238)
• After 1.8 miles, turn left at Aspull Roundabout (sign posted Wigan B5238)
• After 2.2 miles, just after Earl of Balcarres pub, turn right at traffic lights (Tesco is now facing you)
• Turn left at lights and get in left hand lane to turn left at next light with Mercure Hotel on the corner
• Follow ring road adn get into second lane from right as road bears right into Caroline Street, sign posted Orrell.
• Continue on ring road following roads as it bears left passing Go Outdoors on the left, again sign posted Orrell.
• Pass Wigan Pier on the right and the road goes under the railway bridge to get into right hand lane to turn right at next lights into Robin Park Road.
• At next set of traffic lights continue forward passed Burger King and Pizza Hut
• At mini roundabout after Pizza Hut, go straight ahead.
• Garage on your left, at traffic lights turn right for the DW Stadium into Stadium Way
• The Stadium in at the end of Stadium Way.

From the North

• Exit M6 at Junction 27 and turn left at the end of the slip road
• Turn right at the T Junction (ignore sign for Stadium turning left), sign posted Shevington, straight over mini roundabout
• After 1 mile at mini roundabout, turn left into Old Lane (sign posted B5375 Standish Lower Ground)
• The road winds through countryside for approximately 2 miles.
• At traffic lights turn right
• Proceed through traffic lights adn at next set turn left
• The Stadium is at the end of Stadium Way.

From South and West

• Exit M6 at Junction 25
• At end of slip road (approximately 1 mile) turn left, sign posted Wigan A49, continue along the road to roundabout and straight across for 1.8 miles to Saddle Junction, keep in left hand lane (Fire Station is on your left and Asda will be on your right) continue passed Robin Park Retail Park.
• At next set of traffic lights continue forward passed Burger King and Pizza Hut
• At mini roundabout after Pizza Hut go straight ahead
• Garage will be on your left and at these traffic lights turn right for the DW Stadium into Stadium Way.
• The Stadium is at the end of Stadium Way.
