For those who are unable to access a computer or are unable to visit us at any of the places above, you can complete a form over the phone. To access this service, you should contact us on 01942 828644.

We will always try to see you within 5 minutes of arriving at our access points and you will receive the same level of service whatever the time of day.  However, you can phone us to arrange an appointment on 01942 828644.  Please give us at least a days notice if you want a specific time and we will do our utmost to arrange it.

If any of the above ways to claim aren't suitable, we can arrange to visit you at home.  Phone us on 01942 828644 and we will be happy to help.  If you work or have particular times of the day when you prefer us to call, then let us know and we will do our best to offer a time to suit you.
