Home Visits / Counter appointments

Prefer a visit or find it difficult to get to our offices? We can arrange to visit you at home. Phone our Customer Services Section on the number below and we will be happy to help. If you work or have particular times of the day when you would prefer us to call, then let us know and we will do our best to offer a time to suit you.

We will always try to see you within 5 minutes of arriving at our access points and you will recieve the same level of service whatever the time of day. However, you can phone us to arrange an appointment on 01942 828609. Please give us at least a days notice if you want a specific time and we will do our utmost to arrange it.
