Last year we received 400 compliments either by;
- email
- letters
- thank you cards
- surveys
A large number of these were taken from the three surveys that we do. These ask for comments on our face to face delivery, including our reception and visiting service. We also conducted a postal survey.
Many customers expressed their thanks for the help we had given to them and commented that they were able to answer their questions well. Others commented that we had been understanding and had put their minds at ease. Here are some individual examples to show what our customers say about us:
