Embrace (External Link)	Embrace is a voluntary organisation and registered charity. They work with people of all ages and of all disabilities to provide information, advice, support and personal adocacy. The service is free and confidential.
Wigan Churches' Association for Family Welfare	They can signpost you to bereavement support services, or support if you are suffering from stress, anxiety, depression or relationship problems.
