Comments on our performance in 2007/08
For the Level 2 and 3 in the workforce the definition has changed from the previous year. Last year we used the working age population which was aged 16 to 59/64. However this year the definition states age 19 to 59/64 so we are using a different dataset and which is reflected in the lower performance.
