Pemberton will be enjoying fun in the sun (fingers crossed) when its first ever fun day comes to town on Friday August 10.
The fun begins at 10am until 2pm at Church Street Car Park (next to St John’s Church).
There will be lots to see and do including Morris Dancers, free hanging baskets, Play’In Out Team, free face painting, a bouncy castle, Wish FM, an army climbing wall, a magic show, Punch and Judy, and an ice cream van.
The event, which is sponsored by the Community Festival Fund and Wigan Leisure and Culture Trust promises to be a great day for all.
