Payments for the Licensing Act 2003 fees can be made in the following ways:
By Post
Payment can be made by crossed cheque or postal order. These should be made payable to "Wigan Council".
Payments made by post should accompany your application form and any other relevant documentation.

In Person
Payment can be made in person. To do so please attend the Town Hall, Wigan and ask to speak to a Licensing Officer.
