Transition Event for Children and Young People (Drop-in)

Transition means change, and this event is aimed primarily at young people from the age of about 14 and their families, with learning difficulties and / or disabilities, in preparation for them leaving school.  Over 35 agencies are expected to be on hand to provide information on the wide variety of support, services and opportunities available to them as they move on, along whichever path they choose.
