Golborne and Lowton West Voice (external link) is a community group who have prepared a neighbourhood plan for Golborne and Lowton West.
The group was officially designated as the Neighbourhood Forum for Golborne and Lowton West in October 2019.
The Neighbourhood Plan was adopted following a Referendum on 6 July 2023.

The Golborne and Lowton West Neighbourhood Plan is part of the development plan for the borough. This means that all planning applications within the Golborne and Lowton West Neighbourhood Area need to agree with the plan, subject to other considerations.
